By accessing or using MOPScout ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MOPScout provides property data aggregation and analysis tools for Singapore HDB properties, including Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) tracking and property valuations. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for illegal purposes
• Real estate agents must maintain valid CEA (Council for Estate Agencies) licenses
• You will not scrape, copy, or redistribute data without permission

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free Tier: Limited access to features
• Pro Subscription: Paid monthly subscription with full access
• Payments are processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
• No Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable
• You may cancel your subscription anytime (no future charges)

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MOPScout does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Users should conduct their own due diligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

MOPScout shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from property transactions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime through the Settings page (PDPA Right to be Forgotten).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
